La Tinka is Peru’s largest lottery holding. For over 5 years, we have been collaborating on more than 15 digital products involving UI + UX and technological development projects for La Tinka and its brands, Te Apuesto, GanaGol, Kinelo, among others.

Currently, we act as strategic technological development partners, with 5 full-time squads (15 developers) fully integrated culturally and operationally with La Tinka’s team, focused on building digital platforms that solve specific business challenges.

What was the challenge?

La Tinka had the need for a technological development partnership that involved the easy assembly of 5
multidisciplinary teams that allowed them to tackle various challenges defined in the annual backlog.

Initially, we carried out an analysis of the client’s roadmap, with the purpose of intelligently prioritizing
projects, creating a strategic planning that allows us to tackle multiple projects at the same time, achieving
the agility, sustainability and scalability necessary to meet the digital transformation goals set by each
business area.

About the governance model.

Allocated squads involve Full Stack Developers, Front End Developers, Back End Developers,
Flutter Developers, and Quality Assurance Analysts, who directly report to the Product Owners.
Assigned PO’s directly report to the technology leader and CTO of La Tinka, as well as to the
Seek’s CTO.

About Squads and Tribes

The governance model included a process that allowed us to properly articulate
the work of the different Squads and Tribes, seeking to ensure the proper
alignment and transmission of information among all members.

as well as the vertical and horizontal communication throughout the teams.
