For more than 3 years, we’ve partnered with Pacífico Salud, SANNA, and Dr. + on the definition, validation, and scaling of digital initiatives aimed at transforming the healthcare experience.
What kinds of solutions have we built?
We’ve designed and evolved digital solutions focused on both the patient experience and business transformation, including:
- Quererte Sano (MVP): A digital platform centered on prevention, wellness, and engagement for the Pacífico Salud community.
- Chronic Patients Extranet: A digital experience designed to support chronic patients in their day-to-day, through tools, services, and personalized content.
- Online Pharmacy: A digital pharmacy with products and services, built from the user’s mental model of their ailments and centered on the needs of each profile.
- In addition, we’ve led strategic research and operational transformation initiatives aimed at digitizing and designing back-office processes, enabling more efficient and scalable operations.
