For more than 8 years, we have worked as a strategic technology and transformation partner to La Tinka. From the beginning, we have supported the business in integrating multiple multidisciplinary squads capable of addressing a complex digital transformation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives focused on improving the gaming experience, strengthening digital channels, optimizing processes, and scaling technology capabilities.
What is our role and governance model?
We operate with 5 dedicated squads embedded within La Tinka’s operating model, contributing to the continuous development and evolution of digital platforms, gaming channels, and internal systems.
Through a shared governance model, we bring teams and stakeholders together under an agile way of working aligned with business objectives. This enables us to coordinate multiple workstreams, accelerate execution, and sustain an operation that is continuously prepared to evolve.
What impact has collaborating had on the business?
Today, the platforms, systems, and tools we have built are used daily by thousands of users and more than 14,000 agents nationwide. Over the years, these initiatives have helped accelerate La Tinka’s transformation, contributing to growth in digital channel sales, new registrations, and active customers.
Beyond commercial impact, our collaboration has strengthened organizational capabilities in agility, multidisciplinary execution, and technology scalability. This way of working has helped reduce time to market, improve operational efficiency, and build the capabilities La Tinka needs to continue evolving and scaling.
